Despite claims that this product is Mac compatible for MacOS 8.6 and above, it is not. Does not work with Macs, I've tried it on MacOS 10.4 and 10.5 and it doesn't even have Mac drivers, only drivers for Windows. Do not buy this if you use a Mac.

I Purchased 2 units,but one arrived without the cd software[not really their fault as you can't open every pack that comes from the manufacturer]. .This however was promptly sent out to me after contacting them.
REVIEW
I still cannot use the sim reader part of this device as i can't load the software [the disc will not read]I don't know if this is because I qm running vista even though it says it is supported.I even tried the web site but the
software does not list vista.
good part is that the card reader works fine as I have sd,pro duo and micro cards.

Unable to tansfer numbers from sim. Other memory cards did not fit properly either. Would have sent it back but I didn't want to waste any more money.

I found this card reader's ability to read information from my SIM card was very hit and miss. I wish I hadn't bothered buying it but at least it didn't cost much.
