Put your memory card in the appropriate slot, plug device into USB slot of your computer and off you go! I bought this one as needed something to read the micro SD card from my mobile phone and this one had a slot to suit. Not very Technical person me so wanted something simple and it was. Have since used it to transfer photos from all our mobiles and cameras to the computers and with no trouble at all. If I can do it anyone can. Very easy and simple bit of kit and very satisfied with it.
Works for me every time with no trouble at all.

I use this Card Reader mainly for transferring photos from my camera to the PC. Saves having to download Camera software andjust have to insert the Memory Card and plug in. Great VFM!!

Awful bit of kit this. couldn't get it too work with any type of card in any of the 4 PCs and 2 laptops in my household, (yes i honestly did try all of them). i dont normally write reviews but i felt i should stop people from the dissatisfaction i felt.
