Due to loss in transit I had to contact Expresspro for a replacement. They responded quickly in helping me sort it out. A second was dispatched and arrived within two days. The tripod is light and reasonably strong, (not for heavy loads like slr/500mm lens etc) but for my fuji s7000 its perfect. I am 6 foot tall and I can use it without bending to much. Good value for the price. Also it has a canvass shoulder bag.

For the price, I expected a poor quality product, but it was well built and steady, extensible to a good height and easily adjustable in all directions.
This product is excellent value.
