After my cine camera packed up, I realised that I could use my Panasonic FZ18 camera for cine as well as still photography. Having tried another makers card to experiment with filming, that gave mediocre results, I decided to buy a Panasonic card. The resulting film I took at a wedding anniversary was as good as my dedicated cine camera had been. Consequently I have saved the expense of buying another cine camera.

nothing wrong with product except there are bigger capacity and faster sd cards to be found for similar money?

I bought two of these cards for my wifes new camera and for our digital photoframe. Not much to say except they work brilliantly and were 'cheap as chips' to buy! I would fully endorse these cards for similar use.

I needed some extra memory for my Kodak digital camera as i was getting a little fed up with havong to delete some pictures when my internal memory filled up. I searched around and came across many SD cards to choose from but decided to by this one as the price was so good for the 2GB and the brand... and i'm glad i did.
It arrived promptly and after struggling slightly with the packaging,it slipped straight into my camera with no trouble at all. Then, after going through the menu on the camera i realised i was able to now hold over five throusand shots, or nearly 3 hours of video, both of good quality, and though i tend to take a lot of pictures even i don't think i'll ever fill up this one.
In all, a good price, a well known brand and plenty of space to hold all your memories without having to delete a single one.

So far so good, but a little too pricey, you can other brand if it's possible.

Bought this as I was buying a Panasonic camera so it made sense. Same as any other SD card really but has a fairly good write speed so is good enough for my use. Would recommend over a cheap SanDisk SD card.

I ordered 2 cards on a weekend, they were dispatched on the Monday & arrived together on the Thursday.
All appears to be the genuine artical, includeing the packaging. I have only tried one of the cards at the
moment, (in a video camera) & it worked fine, so everything was as hoped for & NO PROBLEMS!

Bought this to go with a Panasonic HD camcorder. I've been using it for a while and had no issues at all, once again a quality product for Panasonic.
By John Snow (UK)
The 16GB SD card was almost the same price as the 12GB card, making it much better value at the time I bought it. I used it over a 12 day period to make daily backups of my AVCHD files created by a Panasonic TM300 video camera. It worked without any hitches and all the files transfered to it were uncorrupted. Very satisfactory purchase.

Is it possible to get excited about a SD Card? Probably not. However, this keenly priced 16GB Panasonic does everything one would expect it to do. It will store so many pics your fingers will get sore attempting to fill the ,almost ,16GB of storage space. As for video use, it will take care of at least 2 hours of HD recordings. It's a good sturdy product, well priced and not just for use in Panasonic products. Buy with confidence.

My Panasonic SD700 only records in 28Mbps in 1080 50p mode, NB "bits" per sec, not Bytes per sec, I know of no camera that can record at 20+ M Bytes per sec. Check the bit rate, I am using lower classes now (6), having bought one of these too quickly on the advice of a Panasonic shop shortly before going on holiday. A class 4 should do it. I don't think it is necessary.
That said it performs well.

I purchased this for my Canon Legria HFS10 to supplement the built in memory. Panasonic claim speeds of up to 22MB/s but don't state anywhere if that is a Read or Write speed. Considering some of the older Class 6 cards (this is a Class 10) already achieve Read speeds in excess of 22MB/s I assumed it must be the Write speed and got one, but it wasn't capable of even 17MB/s from my Camcorder. In fact I had to reduce the quality to 12MB/s before the card would work.
I have given this two stars as it didn't fail to work completely and was perfectly capable of saving photos taken on the Camcorder.
Thankfully Amazon refunded me but make sure it is compatible before you splash out, it's hardly a cheap card after all.

I have just bought Panasonic full Hd TX-L32U10B and and a panasonic lumix DMC-TZ7 camera with panasonic 16gb x10 speed card. The card will not read in the sdhc slot in the tv with video or stills ( it does work through the hdmi socket)A small Kingston 250mb card I have works perfectly in the slot. Is the problem likely to be a faulty card, the camera, or the tv?
I bought this thinking I would have no compatibility problems - should possibly have bought a cheaper card.

I got this card for my Cannon Ixus 80 digital camera. I was having trouble getting it to take consecutive shots but after buying and installing this card and reading the camera instructions again, I found that I had not put the camera on 'manual',which you have to do to take consecutive shots!
It now takes consecutive shots with regular SD cards
The card seemed to be faster to read/write than a standard SD card but seemed to slow down the fuller it got.
I am pleased with the card as it will still be useable in the future and I suspect standard SD cards will not work in the high definition cameras of the future.

Bought to use in a Panasonic TZ7, the HD Video in particular is spectacular. With still pics there is practically no lapse between taking the pic and the preview being shown. I will be buying the 8Gb version before my next holiday to give my a bit more space for HD video. All in all an excellent card.

It's a rectangle, with slant on the right hand side.
About 2mm thin. It is black in colour and has
a gold coloured lable on it ,with the words
panasonic on it.
Hope this helps.
By Yun (England,UK)
Absolutely brilliant as used in conjunction with a panasonic HD TV
- pictures are stunning and this card can hold thousands of them.
Also works well when used with a PC or printer with a card reader.

Card bought for new as yet unused digital video camera.
Thus, transaction rating relates simply to purchase rather than usage.
Cards arrived quickly, well packaged, not a lot else to say really!
